Several different opinions on when it started from the deregulation of the trucking industry in the 80s, or outsourcing of work to people in 3rd world countries which is becomming popular every minute, to our exporting becomming seriously reduced over the years. There are a number of reasons but to me that means that if you dont have a plan b then you need to start looking TODAY.

You cant afford to sit around and just hope. The most challenging thing I see today is people always talking about let me pray about it. They pray but then do nothing to make it happen. Faith without works is dead so that means you cant just sit around hoping for a miracle.

Seriously guys google it! Look it up the middle class that right now is the majority of our population will be ELIMINATED. Either you are poor or you are rich. Today you must make a decision on which side of the fence you would like to fall on.

Personally, I believe that the real gap between the rich and the poor is really NOT their monthly income. It all starts with how you think… As a woman of belief and faith. I feel that one of the best ways to bridge that gap of personal thought and real life is how you act vs what you believe. Personal Development has played a big role in my life and I know today that I will never ever be the same woman I was a year ago.

Ive learned that you cant hold on to things that are beyond your control. Success always leaves clues and sometimes we choose to try to ignore those clues. I know it took me 6 months but it couldnt have come at a better time. I am so grateful for the individuals that God has put me in front of. I have leaders that genually care about me and not themselves. LOL Its so silly because I dont even write blog posts like this but it just was in my heart to express my gratitude.

Over the weekend I had an extremely large set-back. I lost my $900 Louis Vitton wallet that had all my money, ssn card, ID, MY LIFE in it. Through the self-development I’ve gone through and my mentor/business Partner Mr Demond Coleman I learned to not let things beyond my control get in the way. I LET IT GO! Long story short after the weekend was over. We finished our last event, out of all of the cabs in Houston, TX me and my team got in the cab who we were in on Friday and guys HE HAD MY WALLET! What does this show you? When you learn to let GO! Move Forward! Never Give up! You will be rewarded!

There are too many to name but my life has changed and absolutely for the better! I love you guys.

So what made me change my mind?

I met a young lady who had no experience in this industry and had only been in for 5 months. I then found out that her background was not that she was a super genius with an extensive list of contacts so I knew this was something I could do. Long story short, I got into the business and in the first 6 months I accumulated more money then I made in an entire year with a degree in computer science (mind you I was told I was going to be “worth” $50K AT LEAST but couldnt get a job paying over $27K). I was totally sold off the industry but understood there was a lot of education I needed to brush up on. So I instantly started invesing my money in education on the industry.

After much education I learned that the type of business I needed to be in was not the one I was in. I then started researching other companies and after much researching. I found that for a company to survive it must have 3 main qualities…. 1. Leadership – I have to be honest I really was searching for a company with better leadership qualities. Now this is not to say that some of my leaders in the previous company were not good but I just felt there could have been improvements.  2. Product – There has to be a special need for the product. I have learned when you can tie a habit to a product you actually tie a habit to an income. So that was why I made my ultimate decision 3. Ownership – When joining a Network Marketing company you want to make sure the people over everything have experience in the industry. I found that my new company’s leader already had a team of over 500,000 reps. That was exciting because the old company I was in didnt even have half of that when I joined so WOW… Thats exciting to me.

So anyway… Long story short… Why Network Marketing? It has absolutely afforded me true freedom. Meaning I get to wake up when I want to. I can walk down stairs to my HOME office and work when I so choose. When I wake up I see how my check has increased by hundreds in hours and I didnt even do anything. Plus I understand that I’m creating generational wealth for my family.

Is this one of those things? No body ever really makes money doing that!!

Man Im so glad I didnt listen to that stuff because most people that say that stuff are BROKE…. and Im sorry I never take advice from broke individuals. If I am on the path of being rich then why would I let someone who is not where I want to be give me advice?

Good questions… Well most people let people who are not where they want to be give them advice and this is FIRST NO NO when it comes to personal development. I have made so many wrong choices in my life in these short years but also have made many good ones. The good ones came from advice of people who are already or in the direction of where I want to be…. I laugh sometimes when I hear negative broke minded individuals talk bad about what I know Im destined for… I know that 5 years down the line life for them will always be the same and for me I’ll be a different person then I am today.

With the new year fastly approaching the Number 1 thing on our mind is probably tax season! UGGGHHHH for some and YAAAAAAY for others. However guys if you are not getting all you want back then maybe you should think about getting into a small home based business. Reason being is that just by working out of your home, you are able to take advantage of so many tax breaks that the normal working class citizen wont. Now am I saying quit your job? NO not at all. What I am saying is that you need to join a home based business venture because now more of your everyday expenses can become tax write offs… What does that mean to you? More Money More Money More Money!

Now I am not a licenses CPA or even a tax advisor and no I didnt work for the IRS so as far as details I wont be able to give all that here…. However I can say that if you are a self-employed business owner, you will receive way better tax advantages then just an employee. As a home business owner you can write a portion of your mortgage or rent, your power bill, gas, phone including cellular, internet, computer and much more. In fact you can even write off your start up costs and month product investment required. Basically any out of pocket expense to “do” your business is also tax deductible, including the start up costs or fees involved.

I know people personally who dont even necessarily work their home based business but stay active in it monthly just enough to continue to get their tax write offs. I’ve even known someone to the point be able to use their puppy as a tax write off because they used their puppy to advertise.

So what does this mean??? Well it means if you havent already done so, you need to join a home based business today! Take advantage of getting back your investment… A lot of times the initial investment is what detures us from getting in a home based business. Well now you know that you no longer have to worry about that because you can write it off.

I just want to say that I am so excited about what December is going to bring. This month has already been designed for greatness and I truely believe it. I believe it even more because the more and more I work in the home based business industry, I realize how important it is to get in a business at the right time.

Everywhere I go I meet new people everyday who have NEVER heard about my business and that makes me feel so excited because I know there are so many people I will be able to help in 2011! My year and my team’s year of abundance!

Ok so what’s the purpose of this post? Well it’s to say that first you must do your research when deciding to join with ANY business JOB or Opportunity. You want to make sure you are getting in at the right time and being placed in the right positioning. Do your due diligence.. Give yourself some time to really test the market with the product or service. Allow yourself to become a product of the product. Just really learn to be involved. With the economy the way it is, one might think that there are no opportunities. However during a recession, this is when more MILLIONAIRES are made then any other time in the world. This is because people are put in situations that they MUST get out of… Im sorry but I am not ashamed to say that The most millionaires will absolutely come from the HOME BASED BUSINESS industry PERIOD!!!
